"I would like to take the opportunity to let you know how professional and courteous Mark was in our home. Mark was extremely professional the first time he was here (last Wednesday) and explained everything he was doing. It is hard these days to trust people in your home, and at no time did I feel uncomfortable with Mark in our home including the fact we have a 2 1/2 yr old in the house. Mark was polite to the utmost, and respected every aspect of our home."
